OBEAH is a Romanian artist and producer known for his distinctive fusion of experimental dub and fusion music, released through his label Sound of Art to Come and in collaboration with Wormhole World and Emergency Hearts.
In his DJ sets and live projects, OBEAH explores sound as a medium for improvisation, blending deep delays and atmospheric basslines.
He has collaborated with artists from the dub, post-punk, and electronic scenes, including Transglobal Underground, Dub Colossus, Dubokaj & Lee Scratch Perry, Mark Stewart, Algiers & Zach de la Rocha, Marius Costache & Petru Bîrlădeanu, creating immersive performances at festivals and in alternative spaces.
His music is a living dialogue between the tradition of dub and the expressive freedom of contemporary sound.
